A legutóbbi 2022-es népszámlálás adatai szerint tízből kilenc háztartás tulajdonosi jogcímű volt, vagyis élt abban legalább egy személy, aki a lakás tulajdonosa vagy haszonélvezője volt. A saját tulajdonú ingatlanban élők aránya a 18 év alatti gyermeket nevelők körében 2011 és 2022 között nőtt, 2022-ben 92%-ot tett ki. 2011-hez képest arányaiban az egy- és a többgyerekesek közül is többen éltek saját tulajdonú ingatlanban. Legnagyobb mértékű emelkedés a nagycsaládosoknál és az egyszülős családoknál következett be. A gyermekes családokon belül a saját tulajdonú ingatlanban élők aránya a kettő 18 évesnél fiatalabb gyermeket nevelő, párkapcsolatban (házasságban vagy élettársi kapcsolatban) élők esetében volt a legmagasabb (93%), de az egy- és a három vagy többgyerekeseknél is meghaladta a 90%-ot.<br>

According to the latest 2022 census data, nine out of ten households were owner-occupied, meaning that at least one person living in the dwelling was the owner or usufructuary of the property. The proportion of people living in owner-occupied housing among households raising children under the age of 18 increased between 2011 and 2022, reaching 92% in 2022. Compared to 2011, a higher proportion of both one-child and multi-child households lived in owner-occupied housing. The most significant increase was observed among large families and single-parent households. Within families with children, the highest share of owner-occupied housing was found among couples (married or cohabiting) raising two children under the age of 18 (93%), but it also exceeded 90% among one-child and three-or-more-children households.<br>
